Israel has maintained that the Geneva Convention does not strictly apply to the Palestinians, and therefore it is not legally forbidden from annexing, expropriating and permanently settling parts of the territory it captured during the 1967 Arab-Israel war. But at other times, the Israeli authorities rely on the Geneva Convention to validate its policies, particularly with regard to treating Palestinians under Israel’s jurisdiction but outside its sovereign territory differently from Israeli citizens, citing the provisions that prohibit altering the legal status of an occupied territory’s inhabitants. This ambiguity has served the occupying power well, enabling it to cherry-pick the articles of the Geneva Convention and have the best of both worlds, while the occupied people has the worst of them. The occupying power should not be able to have it both ways. The laws of occupation either apply or do not apply. If it is an occupation, it is beyond time for Israel’s custodianship — supposedly provisional — to be brought to an end. If it is not an occupation, there is no justification for denying equal rights to everyone who is subject to Israeli rule, whether Israeli or Palestinian. Successive Israeli governments have got away with a colossal bluff for nearly 47 years. It is time to call that bluff and compel a decision.
On April 12, 2014, the UN and the Swiss government accepted requests from the Palestinian Authority (PA) to join 14 international treaties and conventions. The Swiss government said that Palestine can accede to the Geneva conventions governing the rules of war and military occupations. The State of Palestine is also be a full member of the convention against genocides.
Israeli media have said that Palestinians are mainly interested in the fourth Geneva convention because it defines the duties of occupying powers and acknowledges the occupation of Palestinian territories. It also prohibits forced transfer and deportation of populations or individuals, as well as the destruction of movable or immovable property, unless it is made “absolutely necessary by military operations.”
Israeli authorities said this should not be applied in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip because they are no longer claimed by Egypt or Jordan, who ruled them before 1967. In addition, they claim that the Palestinian state has never existed. Regarding East Jerusalem, Israeli authorities also said it should not be considered an occupied territory because Israel has extended citizenship rights to its Arab residents.
Of course, these are all weak tactics to stale the peace process. International law says the West Bank and Gaza belong to the State of Palestine, the Golan Heights belong to Syria, and Sheeba Farms belongs to Lebanon, Tiran Island and Sanafir Island currently occupied by Israel. I think Israel should include Tiran Island and Jordon should include Sanafir Island. The shallow passage northeast of Sanafir Island and Tiran Island leading into the Gulf of Aqaba is Jordanian waters, the Strait of Tiran, which is west of Tiran Island is Israeli waters.
In March 2002, the Arab Peace Initiative (API) was adopted at the Beirut Summit of the Arab League. It presented a deal which its Saudi-led negotiating team thought Israel could not refuse: full diplomatic recognition of Israel by all members of the Arab League (and by the Council of Islamic Cooperation, of which Iran is a member state), in exchange for Israel agreeing to its provisions for a two-state solution. It puts forward three demands to solve the Arab-Israeli conflict: 1) a full Israeli withdrawal from all the territories occupied in the 1967 war, including the Syrian Golan Heights and the Shebaa Farms in South Lebanon; 2) a just solution for the 3.8 million Palestinian refugees in accordance with UN General Assembly Resolution 194; and 3) the creation of a sovereign, independent Palestinian State in the West Bank and Gaza with East Jerusalem as its capital. In return, Arab governments will consider the Arab-Israeli conflict ended, make peace with Israel and establish normal relations with it as a neighbor, and agree on collective arrangements to provide security for all the states of the Middle East.
The API is a comprehensive initiative bringing 56 Islamic countries to the table who proclaim, ‘If you return to the 1967 borders and find a just and accepted solution for the refugees, we –all 56 Arab states — are ready to make full peace with Israel.’
This initiative has been approved four times in Arab League conventions since 2002.
This initiative was signed by all of the countries which are Israel’s neighbors and the “so-called enemies” of Israel, including the Palestinian Authority, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Iran, Qatar and Turkey.

So, all this is just war theatre, to the agressor. Speaking a good game, don’t get it done.
World Peace must begin by the creation of the State of Palestine, until then Israel is wrong, period. God’s chosen people aren’t murders, in my religion. Peace is your only choice to survive, war is not in the nature, only in the indoctrination and acceptance. There is plenty of land on the face of the Earth, we all got enough to share. If not squeeze into your area and enjoy it, dont take more than half the seat on a train. These principals apply to all, get it, no one gets to have their way all the time. Parents call that being spoiled, God’s “so-called” chosen people are not adverse to improvement. That would be impossible. We learned in America, dont trust your government, dont trust the media on television, all politicians are corrupt and how to recognize a false flag operation. You are a human being, we are, too. The Palestinians are human beings, too, their DNA is a Semite, same as you. Except for the Japhetites.
Genesis 9:27 God shall enlarge Japheth (Khazarians/Ashkenazi), and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem (Semites); and Canaan (Palestine) shall be his servant.
For seeing a guy naked, come on. And why not make Ham suffer, he was the one who saw the naked man, but you want to persecute his son. I don’t get that. Choice land at the end of the Mediterranean.
Mizrahim (Hebrew: מזרחים), also referred to as Adot HaMizrach (עֲדוֹת-הַמִּזְרָח; Communities of the East; Mizrahi Hebrew: ʿAdot(h) Ha(m)Mizraḥ), are Jews descended from local Jewish communities of the Middle East (as opposed to those from Europe, Africa and other places). The term Mizrahi is most commonly used in Israel to refer to Jews who trace their roots back to Muslim-majority countries. This includes descendants of Babylonian Jews from modern Iraq, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Dagestan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Lebanon, Uzbekistan, Kurdish areas, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Yemenite and Georgian Jews are usually included within the Mizrahi Jews group.
Mizrahi has the Promised Land birthright, them and the Palestinians, the rest all are not natives
Also, the Tribe of Judah does not make up all the tribes of Israel, so all the Hebrew tribes are not called Jews, Jews is from Judah, the birthright was given to Ephraim, which was to become the northern Kingdom of Israel (Samaria), which split from the Kingdom of Judah, it was even forbidden for Judeans to speak to Samaritans, Israel was exiled to modern-day northern Iraq and western Iran in 720 AD, and Judah was exiled to the same place in 586 AD. This land was know as Mesopotamia, or the Garden of Eden. Also, know as Babylon. Pharisaical thought flourished, and the Babylonian Talmud was born. Which, with not much research, could be considered a racist book. Oh, just so happens, this area, is know as Media, and that is the heart of Aryan philosophy.
Are rockets being fired into a country, right, by a people that has had their country robbed by the country they are firing the rockets at. People will not lose their country without a fight. We all must share.
