A conspiracy theory purports to explain a social, political, or economic event as being caused or covered up by a covert group or organization.
Wouldn’t it be easier to believe in what we are told? Wouldn’t it be more comfortable to praise the powers that be and trust in the leaders we have supposedly, democratically elected? It would for me, I wish I could put the genie back in the bottle. I wish I could live in a world where truth was always universal and lies were not the norm. You know, go back to the innocense of a young adult. But, unfortunately, I cannot go back to faith in the fact that human beings are always valued more than money. I cannot blind my eyes to the realization that most power only wants more power and will kill, lie and deceive all to achieve its means.
People might ask, why be a conspiracy theorist? Why are you always trying to make something up? Can’t you just accept the facts? Well, facts are redesigned by history. The lies demanded as truth in the present have been revised to exposure over time. Then accepted as just the past. Is it acceptable to live in a false reality of supposed truth, just to be proven lies in the future?
This false reality is only possible by individuals giving their lives over to total control. We live in just enough, but never too much. We relish in the scraps of our potential and never grasp the true goal of our birth. Humans were born to find the truth, it is our natural nature to improve, be intriqued, look for more. But, when control is prevalent through the constant bombardment of misinformation and an indoctrination of simplicity, then we have given our lives over to something less than we are capable.
